Oxon Hoath Yoga Retreat
23-25 September 2022
In September 2022 I hosted a sold out yoga retreat at Oxon Hoath in Tonbridge, Kent. Clients travelled from Scotland and as far as the USA for a wonderful weekend of yoga, mindfulness and breathwork. It was a privilege and joy to teach and meet so many incredible people.
Plans for further retreats are currently on hold whilst I compete my Yoga Therapy diploma but keep an eye out for future dates.

As well as the scheduled practices and meals there was plenty of time throughout the day to relax and unwind, explore the grand rooms at Oxon Hoath and its beautiful gardens and expansive grounds.
