Yoga as both a form of physical movement and mindfulness can help to provide this amazing age group with essential life tools including healthy self esteem and a positive body image, better concentration, self awareness and empathy towards others. As a form of physical exercise it can be incredibly empowering and strengthening.

Its wonderful to be able to offer yoga classes for teens in a fun and safe environment whether large Explorer Scout groups or small online classes.

Currently teaching sixth form yoga and mindfulness schools as part of sports curriculums. There are no expectations just the opportunity to explore appropriate yoga sequences, poses, breathing techniques and visualisations.

These classes are often the highlight of my teaching week!


I was delighted to have been approached three times by Women In Sport to collaborate on their October 2020, 2022 and 2023 Time Together campaigns with the aim of encouraging more teenage girls to get active and try new sports.
