Yoga as both a form of physical movement and mindfulness can help to provide this amazing age group with essential life tools including healthy self esteem and a positive body image, better concentration, self awareness and empathy towards others. As a form of physical exercise it can be incredibly empowering and strengthening.

I'm delighted to be able to offer yoga classes for teens in a fun and safe environment. There are no expectations just the opportunity to explore appropriate yoga sequences, poses, breathing techniques and visualisations.
