MANDALA FLOW
Monday 12.30 -1.30pm
A balanced flow which utilises the mat in a 360 degree way leaving you feeling energised and nourished. Suitable for all levels.

MINDFUL FLOW AND RELAX

Tuesday 7pm
The perfect class to help you release tension and stress built up during the day. There will be the opportunity to explore poses in a little more detail followed by a restorative relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Saturday 9am
Curiosity and a willingness to explore are needed for this class. Intermediate to advanced level sequences which build up to peak asanas followed by longer holds, calming poses and relaxation. The perfect way to start the day and weekend.
