Welcome to my website.

As an experienced London yoga teacher in a busy metropolitan city my aim is to make the practise of yoga accessible to all ages, enjoyable, and an integral part of people’s lives. To counterbalance the busyness of our days with this mindful yet energising practise. As a yoga therapist I offer yoga practices within a therapeutic framework to alleviate physical and mental health conditions and promote self care and overall wellbeing.

Balancing flexibility with strength

Over twenty five years ago Lorna fell in love with the power of yoga to recharge the body and calm the mind whilst working as a busy London Lawyer. Becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2003 Lorna's first passion was vinyasa yoga taking inspiration from her background in dance and martial arts to teach mindful, creative and at times dynamic flows balancing flexibility with strength and action with relaxation for an overall sense of wellbeing. Overtime Lorna's teaching has evolved to offer restorative, yoga nidra, workplace wellness, yoga for runners and yoga for teenagers in addition to her ongoing work as a Yoga Therapist.
